Using Meditation to Unblock Chakras

 Using Meditation to Unblock Chakras

Our bodies host seven key chakras, each possessing its own unique site, function, impact, and hue. These seven chakras signify the essential energy hubs within our bodies.

Symbolically, the chakras denote varying progression stages towards achieving absolute enlightenment, or nirvana. We set out on this journey from the root center, ascending upwards, and wind up at the supremely challenging crown center.

In the meditation process, we direct our attention to the root center, steering a luminous light through every chakra, from the root to the crown center and rearwards. This process encompasses taking deep breaths in through the nostrils and sustained, calculated exhales through the mouth, directing our focus solely on the radiant light and the chakras.

Any obstruction in this journey will be perceived as a singular sensation. Comprehending chakra meditation becomes crucial before embarking on the journey. This meditative practice is beneficial for clearing up blocks in your body.

A clogged chakra can trigger an unforeseen sensation or feeling. Remain composed, and you can either pause for a while or continue to concentrate strictly on that certain chakra to discern the problem.

Each chakra blockage has the potential to be addressed and remedied.

The common reason for individuals feeling unbalanced is due to an obstruction in one or multiple chakras.

To execute chakra meditation, locate a peaceful, silent space. Position yourself here with your feet securely on the earth and your palms facing the sky.

To adequately relax before implementation, close your eyes and draw a couple of profound breaths. Afterwards, visualize a glowing light and commence your chakra meditation.
